I bought a flat in Lagos in April which was originally occupied by a tenant. I was told by the landlord that the building had been offered to the tenant on an offer to buy but he could not afford the property. It would be important to note that the said tenant was owning the former land lord about 6 months rent upon expiry of his former rent. Now 3 months after a notice to quit and evacuate the building, the tenant still occupies and refuses to move. Please what legal process can i take to evacuate this occupant of this building. Remember i do not have any contract or agreement with this person....

Or you the effective "EVICTOR juju"
he'll vacate to any where available (under-bridge or lagoon) within 24hrs.
Or you remove the roof or gates of the building.
You can also pay balif for your LG council.
You have to be strict with anybody that don't want you to possess your possession.

Yes i do, but when somebody is expoiting the loopholes of the laws to posses your possession, na spiritual way sure pass o.
The guy will pack out to anywhere he sees with big grin in no time.
No fighting, no arguments, no crime, no problems.
Else you stole the money to buy the ppty and you don't really need it.
You can give him 1 year to quit.

Gone and threatened anyway.... He said he is leaving around 17th of this month..... Showed me a teller of a place he has paid rent for
But still thinking of an ace on him in case he is playing me
