4 people were burnt to death in a car accident along Yantumaki Dutsinma road in Katsina state this morning. Number plate of the car involved in the accident below...in case anyone knows the owner

Transportation sector need serious reforms, especially for those illiterate drivers that they will put bad cars on the road in care of God journey mercy and they drive recklessly and they don't even know driving rules or highway codes.. Most of them even drive with drugs and alcoholics etc..
When accident happen we will now be blaming devil for everything...

This is one area where VIO and FRSC should be deployed most, their road is good but narrow in some cases and most of the drivers has nonchalant attitude. They drive recklessly.
