(X-3)(y-3)=21
X=16-y
(16-y-3)(y-3)=21
(13-y)(y-3)=21
Y^2-16y+60=0
Y=10 or y=6
X=16-10=6
X=16-6=10
When the brother is 10 the sis is 6
When the b rother is 6 the sis 10
