This is a very good development. most fathers don't bond with their kids and they miss out on a loving relationship because of this. |

I am not comfortable with this new policy. What if a man has more than one wife as tradition as tradition approves and more than one of his wives gives birth (whether they work in the civil service or not), will the man be granted 3 weeks leave for such in a year? |
