Good day good people.

I recently started getting a message on my hub about upgrading my OS software . I have done this once when I newly bought this phone. But this time around I am off wireless reach as network in my office was not that strong to give me enough download power.

What I noticed, my blackberry app world disappeared. I tried redownloading it through google I kept getting an error message.

Now I ve successfully downloaded a new software which I had to delete everything on my phone including my pix and apps and videos everything to create space.

Now, I don't know how to get my blackberry app world back I need help.

Why didnt you post your problem in the BlackBerry 10 thread? you'd get more answers there. The software you downloaded, is it the appworld software or a BlackBerry 10 software? coz i dont understand why you had to delete you files. If its BB10 OS autoloader then it should come with Appworld.
