Thank God I was skeptical about the name "the mafia church"... and went on to read the other post about the church unusual... you may have a good program to sell to people but a wrong perspective of the purpose of the church.
Your ideas are laudable but a good program doesn't run on a wrong foundation.
If you are forming your own religion, it's ok to run a mafia church. But if you're want to build on the foundation of God's word, logic over emotions are not founded on God's word.
The kingdom of God is open to everyone who believes in the death, ressurection and redemption plan as provided for through Jesus Christ. Any foundation asides from this is a wrong foundation. You said you've studied the church for only 7 years.... you've got a long way to go for a church that began 2000 years ago. keep an open mind to the principles of the Word of God and allow God reveal Himself to you through His word. Others will follow through.
Finally, you have a good template I will adopt it if I were a church planter. But get your foundation sorted first. God bless.

OP you made an absolutely wonderful post, but be ready for the the invasion of the fanatics.

I believe in the existence of God, but I've lost confidence in Christianity. So many doctrines to be adhere to foolishly. Many theories that are ridiculous to comprehend and you can't ask questions.

They say heaven is our home.
What are we doing in the world then?
Do anyone have a prior knowledge of heaven?

In this present day Christianity, there's hatred among the denominations, the poor members beef the rich ones, pastors and church leaders are regarded like deities and their words are laws.

There are so many logical and reasonable questions begging for answers but no one is ready to give that.

I tell you, the present day church is more or less a scam and many unscrupulous men and women are cashing in on the stupidity of humans to enrich the pocket and enlarge their coast.

nice concept, but I don't see any proposal that doesn't benefit the pastor 100% one way or another getting through, if not some of the things you pointed out should have been implemented in churches by now.

After all, like you pointed out, churches can afford jets for their pastors, and bogus schools for the elite.
...so it's not about the money but love for the betterment of lives of all.

Of what use is it to you that after going to church and gathering at night vigils & adding dry fasting & still you are caged under evil family wickedness &evil marine occultic powers & have sex in your dreams &evil people still use you to play football at night?Remember we told you no pretenses at night,it is at night that we know who is who or who is really from God or not & unfortunately many humanbeigns are not awake at night where the battles of life is won & lost?we also told you that rat does not eat the food of a man that is awake at night?it is an adage:Behold after all this bornagain celebration &noise making & still the commonest promise of jesuschrist which is peace you dont have it nor are you able to sleep well at night?John 6.60-66 So many Christian sisters & brothers & secular brothers &secular sisters are in great bondage to the evil marine spirits & occult oppression & pastors & prophets are afraid to help them & take them out of the wilderness and evil bondages because they have NO CHRIST LIKE POWER,THE POWER OF GO AND SIN NO MORE & THE LIGHT,THE MANTLE to empower them and liberate them & set them free & let them have the commonest promise of real Jesuschrist which is PEACE ?it means something is missing in their life in pursuing or following JESUSCHRIST,which is the LIGHT ,the MANTLE,the POWER THAT BE & humanbeigns will always reject the light and will never accept the mantle and remain the way they are ,&no PEACE only so called prosperity wealth hunting which in actual spiritual check those are not genuine prosperity from God of justice:many so called prosperity among bornagain & secular are combined with roots from evil hidden nations & this we know very well and we ask humanbeigns who can challenge or fault the authority that we speak & let us spiritually check?Behold kingdom of God of justice has come the light has come the mantle has come &judgement has come & those who are wise knows what we speak Jeremiah 5,21=22 this is unbelevable truth power & revelation the go & sin no more power as JESUSCHRIST exhibited when he came before & who will believe the revelation ?why not be wise you humanbeigns &crosscheck the utterance if you have the means?

Mr Macandy, if truly your organistion is a 'church' of Jesus Christ then you'll understand that Christ never asked us to do some of the things you listed out to help humanity.
Although you may have a genuine desire to help people and see the many problems bedeviling people eradicated but not in enjoining the Church to engage in matters that are not what she was commissioned to do.
Firstly, collecting of church members' data as to put a perfomance/conduct, rating faults God's Word in (Matthew 7:1-3) 'Judge not that ye be not judged...'
Secondly, establishing a financial institution as a way of meeting the fiscal needs of church members is even, not advocated by Christ, the Head/founder of the church. Do not mistake spiritual things with emotional/sentimental feelings as was the mistake of Judas when the expensive perfume was used in service to Christ (John 12:3-6). Furthermore, the house of God, the church of Christ shouldn't be a medium for preaching or practicing commerce or carnal industry (Matthew 21:12,13). The church is strictly for spiritual affairs. Matthew, the tax collector and the other disciples were all called to become fishers of men's souls and not advocates for men's cash, or managers of man's earthly needs.
As for the issue of capacity building, Christ gave gifts to men including the gifts of Governments and Helps (1Corinthians 12:28). There are men/women who are empowered by God to establish help centers, charitable organisations, NGO's, skills acquisition programs and the like. They receive spiritual guidance, counsel and supervision from the church, and are even staffed by spirit-filled believers (Acts 6:1-7). The Apostles said that leaving their work to serve tables would be a derailing of their main assignment!
The question of quality of living I believe, is what the NEW WORLD ORDER is using to try and thwart the original intentions of God for man. The argument of whether to get married or not is a choice born of spiritual convictions and not statistical postulations by some who are AFRAID for the future. The Holy Spirit tells us when an act or thought is right or wrong, of course that's one of His main work! (John 16:cool. Please to avoid an ill-representation of what the Mafia Church stands for, I'll advice quotes from the Holy Scriptures be used to put your points across, without misinterpretations and cotradictions. That's the language spirit-filled believers quickly understand. Thank you sir.

Thanks and am glad you read through the write up and even the extra, in the other post, like I pointed out, we are flexible, we don't practice the "Man of God has said" approach, if there is anyway we need to repackage what we are offering or edit it to make a better appeal, we are open to such information. It's logical that we be dynamic where logically possible.

If you read the other post about the Unusual church, https://www.nairaland.com/2498220/new-kind-church-unusual-church you will see we are not zeroing into Christianity, we are open to all religion, that's why I didn't quote any scripture in the writeup, in other not to step too hard on toes, it's best to be neutral in religious believes, we want all mankind to come together and solve our problems.

Every religion pray for a better future to One God, how do you expect God to answer if not through programs like this, that's why we are religiously neutral.

Finally, I will like to know, how our foundation is faulty, if it's logical we will take corrections with immediate effect.

You may call us a new religion.

We want to create a win-win situation with the people first in the picture, the church will get richer, and so will her members. Most times selfishness denies us of even larger benefits.

What if Microsoft, Apple and the like just decided to build computers programs for their company use, I mean use their computers to compute data for the government and large corporations.

They thought of getting it across to everybody and in turn, the are bettered off for it.

Even God is a business man, everybody and everything seeks growth, but the principle of getting is giving, having the world at heart.

The Mafia Church will build Private Jets, but before then, every member can be afford to buy private jets (Not Literally what I mean). It's the people first, then a win-win scenerio

It amazes me when some black men prove to be more religious and understand the spiritual and physical orientations of the bible more than the missionaries who brought it here. If you are saying the church is not an earthly org, I guess you must have been worshiping weekly in heaven then back to earth. What this guy wrote is nothing but the truth cos there should always be room to touch lives spiritually and physically not all about deceiving us with one hazy and man-made spiritual law or the other. Pls wise up cos no man of God can be more godly than God Himself. Christianity is fundamentally all about being in one accord, sharing, touching gentile lives and expectation of our Lord Jesus christ. Nevertheless, I'm not here to condemn church expansion and growth but lives must be touched physically too cos you can't tell an hungry man to be spiritually filled and he would say he's ok. Thank you.

Thanks for pointing out some things, yes I pointed out in the letter that the Church might not be empowered (spiritually) to do some of the things I enumerated, like I wrote, it's not binding on the church, (when I said, you don't fail till you've started). And then I pointed out, that if the church cannot do this things, The Mafia Church is a church that has it in her mandate to do this, by that this letter is just an open agenda of the mafia church and a kind and gentle appeal on the church not to label her but to lend support if need be.

I will like you to learn more about composition of the mafia church from this post, we are not what you think, we are what you never thought https://www.nairaland.com/2498220/new-kind-church-unusual-church

Finally, even though am a Christian, I can't cite reference to the bible, because from the above, we are a gathering of several religion glued into one, with the common aim of making the world a better place. If I new how some other religion works, I would have written letters to them too.

i have just three questions for the OP.
1:if the church were to do all these then what will the government be doing ?
2: A church is any organization that through the promise of spiritual enlightenment scams money off it's adherents, now why would such organization by it's character give selflessly to the masses ?
3: How has the church managed to keep the world sane ?

3: How has the church managed to keep the world sane ?

Thanks for going through the write-up.
1. The Church was once the government and government as it is, is the people (by the definition of democracy), have you heard when the government instead of doing her fundamental obligations tells the masses to pray?, we are coming to that, we want to solve the problem from the root, as someone said, "religion is the opium of the masses", that's why in my opening speech I said, the church has helped keep the world sane by soothing our wounds, think of countless revolutions that would have happened, but the failure of the government is always encapsulated by the matra, "let us pray for a better future".

A rat tunnel has so many escape way, you block some, smoke the others and lay siege in the rest.
If we tackle the church and it delivers on the above, the government will have no excuse.

They are still in-charge of security, infrastructure and remember in Micro-finance, the apex bank (backed by government) will key in.

2. We want to change that, when you have people who can ask "why" without fear of roasting, then the beginning of the end is near. Information doubles every 18 months, we are sowing the seed now, people are getting enlightened, just like you, people will start asking questions and soon, change or revolution will take place. It's starts with information.

3. I think I've answered this in one above "Religion is the Opium of the masses", it has really helped.
