EFCC by their mandate do not have to wait for petitions or evidences, they are empowered to act where there is the likelihood of financial impropriety by investigating and gathering evidence.

If GEJ had such powers as an ex- president why was he defeated in the general election when he was even the reigning president ?

GEJ's six years of horrendous criminal enterprise must be thoroughly investigated and all those found guilty must face the law including Jonathan.
