Do you still remember the 'Scape Goat' policy. Proper investigation should be made starting with the last administration because the stolen funds are still fresh and easily traceable. If found guilty the ex-president should do time in prison along with other culprit. There is always a first time you know..

Then the Ya'adua's administration, then Obasanjo, Abdulsalam, Abacha and Babangida administration

GEJ's six years of horrendous criminal enterprise must be thoroughly investigated and all those found guilty must face the law including Jonathan.

He lost as a result of the massive votes the opposition got in states like kano, katsina, kaduna, Bauchi and bornu. These states have no influence whatsoever on oil production with the exception of kaduna which relies on the crude oil from south south. The areas where he has loyal supporters account for over 90% of oil installations. Actions taken in such areas can cripple the economy.
Please note I am note advocating for such.
