Hello fellow nairalanders, ever since my sojourn as a student turned owner of a geology BSc certificate, I have never seen an advert for entry level vacancy in the aforementioned parastatal of government.

My question is this: Is it that people don't retire/die for new space to open up for fresh bloods?

If there is anyone who works at NGSA or knows the system should fill me in.

NB: my passion for geoscience knows no bound!

Is it that no one knows anything about NGSA here?

It's the same with ALL Nigerian ministries and parastatals. Their recruitment is never public, a sad effect of the 'man-know-man' killing our employment sector.

From NCC to NERC to BPP etc. Openings are NEVER public..
