ok, it is a multimillion naira project of Buidings and Roads constructions located in the North Central State of Nigeria, the Contractor now require a very competent and experience Engineers that can stand as site supervisors incase their Leading Engineers are away. Thats why minimum numbers of 7years experience or more is needed. We have gotten some CVs but most of them are fresh Graduates that multimillion naira projects of such cannot be entrusted in thier hand because of inexperience |

Men this is a serious problem when its comes to hiring people for job, multi million dollar or naira who cares. if you don't hire this young guys to start with as young engineers with others with much more experience when will they learn, please create opportunity for them too, I remember when I started years back without experience. I worked for two years before becoming full staff with all the benefit the company offer. 1 Like |
