Self deployment is a new feature in the nysc registration that allows Pcm pick a preffered state, as allowed by some oda provisions.....odas will explain better...

What year??

Learn this: the first number in Jamb reg no signifies d year so 9 is 2009, 8 is 2008, 0 is 2010. It helps to catch dos forming old boys.

The fact is dat some pipu will still be posted to kebbi state.
Prepare for the worst like I did
