1, Business name now is 19k in CAC website.. But I charge 30k including delivery...

2, inactive business name can activated when u go to CAC office yourself and see if there are outstanding arrears you Av to pay... This is common in limited liability company and NGo or trustees...

3, Business name don't Av annual fee.. Only restricted to LLC , NGO, or trustees..

4, Changing your nature of business means u are uttering your company's objectives in your memo.. It cost 10k to get a new memo.. But I charge 20k for this including delivery. ...

Business names actually file annual returns also. It is however lesser than that paid by other forms of businesses.

Couple with the fact that business name continue to remain active during business even without filing annual returns unlike LLC which is a requirement to gain any contract in any arm of govt. ...
