isn't it wonderful that buhari's
government still pay fuel subsidy, yet we
buy pms @ N120? When gej was in
power, we were told the price of fuel
should be less than N87 bc of dwindling
oil price. Oh nigeria! who has bewitched
thee? |

Firefire:O boy! This Buhari juju that turned erstwhile educated folks to real time Idio.ts still dey baffle me. The funniest thing in their hatred and diatribes against Gej, most of them has been destroyed psychologically for life; they can't reason objectively anymore Even if you're showing them the facts. So painful their hatred for Gej ended up consuming them. |

warrior01:No one hates GEJ. His exit from office was caused by time and fate. Its a popular saying that " A President's popularity rises during a boom and falls during a recession. Its a given ,that the election was influenced by ethnic sympathy, but this wasn't the major catalyst. There were other major causative factors that played a huge role in deciding the elections. If the elections had been conducted in late 2014, GEJ would have coasted to victory with a landslide. If the elections had been conducted after the Ebola media victory and if the supposed peace deal with Boko Haram had been waved in our face, GEJ would still be President. |

The subsidy conundrum is one that requires meticulous and immediate handling, now at the onset of this dispensation. Its a pity that this new government is too afraid to tackle the issue, even when it was among the suggestions given by the Ahmed Joda committee. Worse is the media influence wielded by beneficiaries of the subsidy gap, to convince the populace of the gains of subsidy. The fact is that if this subsidy issue is not addressed now, then in the no distant future, it will swallow the nation, including the beneficiaries. |

It's even more worrisome that people like Tunde Bakare,
Femi Falana, NLC, Wole Soyinka are
all dead silent because it's now their
turn to feast on us.
We are suffering, groaning while they
feed us with their 'fighting
corruption' propaganda which till
date no single thief has been
identified. sad! |
