teespringspot.com is a poor domain name. you need to check the keyword, length of domain and whether it's pronounceable. this domain have zero pageranking, zero alexa ranking and zero monthly search{i.e. people are not searching for the keywords} don't just register may be for the cheapness of a domain name, by selling a single sought after domain name can change turn things around financially talking from my experience. i will advice you to use it for your business, it can hardly sell in the open market.

Thanks

where to sell your domain names; when you park your domain name, by request they will put the domain name for sale. so while waiting for the right price or offer to come you will be making money from the parking revenue. but there are selling companies too. what they are after is to sell a domain name, take their commission and pay you the rest. below are parking and selling companies and the good news is that they all accept nigerians; afternic.com
sedo.com
bodis.com and
undeveloped.com
I noticed that all of these sites always want you to park your domain with them after listing it. They claim its for maximum result. I then ask, how can one list a domain in all of these auction sites without parking the domain with all of them?
I also learnt that one can register a domain for $0.99 at 1and1.com. It is not hearsay as I registered thecompetency.com with them for $0.99.
However, they will charge you $8 for subsequent registration with the same account

you can list your domain in several parking companies and marketplaces but you can only park your domain in one parking company. successful parking means after listing your domain in a particular company, you now head over to your registrar and change your name servers to point to their own. by doing that it will enable them to put adverts on your domains for monetisation.your domain name is good for selling. brandable. it worths $xxxx parking it will not bring any revenue due to the current alexa ranking.

Thanks man! I understand that quite alright but my concern is whether a company may not give the domain maximum attention for not parking it with them.
As for my domain name, I do come up always with good names as I have also mortgageword.com newly registered.

my question is this Icee20 , when buying these expired domain names, do we need to also buy hosting service for it, or do we just buy only the domain name? Also, can we buy a fresh domain name and park it while waiting for buyers to approach us to sell?
Please note that there are two questions, I would greatly appreciate if you can answer both.
Thank you.

great questions mr henry, expired domain investing don't require buying any hosting at all. hosting is when you want to build a website or a private email account. all you need to do is to research and register good domains with those qualities i earlier mentioned. and that's where expired domain names come in because you can only get traffic from an already expired domain name not a brand new one. after getting such domains and park it (which is free by the way) the parking company will do the remaining work by scattering adverts on the said domain and also put it up for sale. you can park a brand new domain domain too but the only chance of making money from it is selling.

Thank you so very much for answering my questions. I have another question which is based on your reply to my last questions.
1. You mentioned that parking a brand new domain name has very few chances of making money as it is brand new and might not receive hits on it, the only sure way of making some money would be to sell it outright. My observation is this, some websites on the internet some times do have random hits from viewers because of the names of these websites, my question is this, if I purchase a brand new domain name and decide to park it, is it possible that my brand new domain name can receive random hits? Especially in a situation where I use a certain type of domain name that relates to certain keywords that will definitely draw the attention of internet users.

@henribj, of course but the traffic will be low or no traffic at all due to it's still an undeveloped domain name lacking SEO and other promotional tools. most people that will visit it are people that you told about it and that's not allowed in domain parking. once again the only big chance to make money from it is by selling. not that i don't go for a new domain name. i currently have some new domains in my portfolio infact my first successful domain sale was a brand new domain name and i was happy with the sale. yes am the first to register it before selling it off. but like i emphasied, the one way to make a big impact from a new domain name is either for your business or you sell it off which may take some time if you want to sell it big. but with expired domain names you start making money almost immediately due to the past traffic and online recognition of that domain

let's continue pals, like i answered before to list a domain name is different with to park a domain name. you can list your domain names in several marketplaces but you can only park your domain in one parking company.

what's the difference between listing and parking you may ask. listing is simply showcasing your domain name for sale at marketplaces while parking is enabling the parking companies to showcase adverts on your domain. below is how to successfully park your domain name and to start making money from it;
there are several parking companies but let me use bodis.com as an example; they pay on tge 7th of every month. when your domains are ready, visit www.bodis.com and create a free account. activate your account through your email. once you're now into your bodis account and click on "add domains" after adding, you will be asked to change your nameservers. that's the final stage of parking. by changing your nameservers, their adverts will start showing on your domain in less than 24hrs....

that's the most technical part of it but there are faster ways to get it, there are sites and tools to capture
expired domains with the recommended qualities. thousands of domain names expire everyday. the reasons are not the same. some forgot to renew the domains, some just don't want them anymore or they moved on to other projects but not all expired domains are valuable and sellable.

morning pals this is the OP. Icee20 has been deactivated, reason is that i prefer this handle to that one so don't be confused. in continuation on how to successfully park your domain to enable ads to show on it below is how to change your nameservers after listing it at a parking company;
go back to your registrar and login to your account, click on manage domains, click on the particular domain you want to change the nameservers, once it opens, search for "nameservers" under the table, click on it and edit it to your parking company's own inside the two boxes you will see there. e.g bodis nameservers are
NS1.BODIS.COM
NS2.BODIS.COM
click save and that's all. once they verify that you're the owner of the domain adverts will be displayed on it within 24hrs.

making money online is not hard just that some nigerians are making it looks complicated by promoting some systems that doesn't work. no thanks to fake information marketers who never practise what they teach. an average american is making money online. stop wasting your time on rubbish ebooks, horrible training videos and trying to figure out how to install and configure some plug in. none of that stuff matters anymore. you just need to do ONE thing repeat it over and over again and each time you do it you make a little more money. do your own more personal research before investing a dime in this business. if you're convinced, get a mentor, person who has been there before with proof of earnings, not necessarily me, now you have read and known it, research more and get started. this is just an awareness thread and not totally how to start it. tomorrow i will be sharing how to transfer a domain name after selling it. though it's very easy but may look complicated if you don't know how to do it. Goodnight

BREAKING; I just got an offer of 100 Euros for one of the domains i recently put up for sale. well not surprising but i just listed the domains for sale on july 30th last month and this morning i got this offer. many will be wondering that the price is low but that's exactly how negotiation starts; the buyer at times starts with a low price. i will keep you guys updated. meanwhile am not replying their email till tomorrow. for those that may be wondering where i listed this domain for sale, it is www.undeveloped.com They're really wonderful and their sales commission is just 15%. here's an example of how how domain will look like when you give it to them for sale; www.ebusinessmap.com, that's one of my domains

How to transfer a domain name when sold. once you agree on selling your domain too while parking, the parking company will automatically put it up for sale. just a matter of time you will receive a congratulately message that your domain name has been sold. now before they will pay you, you need to handover the domain to the parking company and this is called Transfer. this is exactly how to do it; log in to your registrar account, click on manage domains, click on the particular domain, unlock it, look for authentication code. that's the domain code, they will mail it to you and once you receive it forward it to the parking company/escrow service. once they confirm receipt and successful transfer they will pay you. now all these info i gave here is just a tip of the icebag. every business has it's own risks, secrets and strategies. to invest in this business do your own personal research via search engines or get the A- Z Trainings and mentorship @ www.Vrglo.Com . For newbies and anyone venturing into this expired domain business, concentrate on only dot coms for now. Most popular are .com .net and .org but many domain extensions are being added occasionally but dot coms still dominate the market and sells high and faster. just recently dot airtel and dot barcelona were added, others that are there before are .guru .company .xyz .rock among others

what a sale!
supersunday.com just sold for $2,000 at namejet.com
fundingoffice.com - $2100
Wenge.Com - $2677. view full list of top domains sold in the past 14 days @ www.dnjournal.com/domainsales.htm
To be candid time of selling a domain name for a mere $100 seems to be over unless if you're just starting or in a hurry to sell. i can see domains that some of my domains are far better of still selling at a very high prices.
