I am not a joker. They make a lot of money from tithing poor church goers. Why won't they pay the government for pulluting the environment with noise and now the smoke from fire in one of the big churches in Lagos. I don't believe in sentiments.

the bible admonished christains to pay tithes and not pastors...besides its not like a gun was pointed to the heads of their members to forcefully pay tithe.

Oh, yeah! I say tax the church not the pastor. The pastors are getting richer, driving the best cars, living in the best homes, using Nigerians as slaves, punishing young and old people by calling them witches, etc here you are defending them in your brainwashed life. I don't blame you for your myopic view but the government that fails to heavily tax those churches in the country.

I can just imagine some of the church members shouting, FIRE FIRE FIRE. And other members are like answering AMEN AMEN AMEN thinking they are praying.

The amount of fire they shout in these churches is too much, why won't fire start, and when the fire start they'll start praying that it should stop. Such ironic paradoxical contraction.

These churches will shout fire fire fire, and it's not as if they will be able to stand if fire starts. Instead they will start running enter skelter.
