I can't understand how 340 Naira vanished from my account. Imagine checking my account balance to see 340 Naira only to check again after a while of my phone being idle and seeing 0.00 balance. Called customer care and they started blabbing about me subscribing for a music nonsense that cost 100 naira a week on the 28th of last month. So since 28th dey decided to debit me now abi?... Imagine subscribing for a Music nonsense I know notn about plus I know my way arround download sites if I need songs. MTN you people are thieves and u must pay me my money!!!. |

i I don't y MTN choose to treat their customers this way. My own case is about this facebook stuff that they say i subscribe 4. hw can i subscribed 4 what i have not been using, i pay mtn 40 naira 4 this facebook stuff evry week. i don't know if they do not have customer k representative any more. pls can sombody help me with the code to unsubscribe. |
