I've been wondering why we graduates pay more attention to CV Formats. In my opinion, I think we should be having sleepless nights over Content.  (I assume we understand what I mean)So Fellow Joblanders, what do you think? Click like if you think Format is more important Click share if you think Content is of more importance |

It depends more on the content than the format bt dat doesn't mean it shuldn't b well organise 1 Like |

Both.. Your CV should be readable and lucid and at same time have essential details about you. . Content without a good format doesn't make sense because the HR may not read and understand your message. . Then a nice format without details about what you can offer doesn't make sense either. .... 3 Likes |

Both in my opinion. Good content that is not well organized will make your CV end up in the trashcan So pay more attention to the content not forgetting the format as well. 2 Likes |

taiwolusol:For an advertised job, both sounds good but will still give content a more preferential treatment than format. |

taiwolusol:Both...if it is rich in content & poorly constructed(then there is a problem).even if its well constructed & poor in content(another problem).so i personally feel both criteria matter |
