I thought it's only me that is affected by this daylight robbery. I recharged N400 on Saturday, within a moment I saw a balance of N91, the on Sunday N17 and today N7 without making a call or browse the internet.

I'm thinking of going to any of their outlet and create a scene so that they will make amend of this nonsense they are practising. I'll make sure I record it and put it on the internet.

I got a call from 33592 this afternoon, I immediately ended the call, the next thing I received a text that I have subscribe for Mtn Financial news and #50 was deducted from account balance. This pple r worst than yahoo guys.

Same thing happened to me last week tuesday. That same number called me, I listened to dia jargons and quietly ended d call. Immediately I got a sms from dat number dat I have been subscribed to d package and my fifty box was deducted. I called 180 to complain and customer care said "sorry for d inconvenieny", I demanded that I be unsubscribed immediately, dey did but my money is gone. Big fraud. The solution to dis scam, stop picking calls from those numbers. After d incident, d same number and others still call me daily, but d rule is, "dnt pick d call".

If we skip calls from short code like those numbers, we might end up missing important calls. Mtn is just a scam.
They have change from the normal way of saying press a number to subscribe to this bullshit, Imagine if they do this to 1 million customers.
