Sorry i got mine as a naija used,so therefore the previous owner has already done d needful b4 i bought it. Got no ideas,may be u shuld ask siena or Gazzuzz.

Your best bet is to purchase your insurance yourself. Most of those issued by VIO are fake (third party). I buy mine online and print off the certificate. It is the same 5,000 naira. I bought my last one from Goldlink insurance but there are many others to choose from.
