sorry to bring you back, if that is what I am doing. This self mobilization thing means one can pick any state of the federation as his preferred state abi? didn't really get omitoogun when he mentioned geographical locations - or does he mean geopolitical zone?

my questions are
1. how many states is one allowed to pick?

2. can one pick states in ones geopolitical zone so long as it is neither ones state of origin nor state of residence?

3. does one have to wait until the call up letter arrives before being certain of the state one will serve in?

4. Saw something like biometric something. Will pcm have to thumbprint during the online registration?

Pls I will also appreciate if anyone can direct me where I can get more info. the nysc portal doesn't seem to be helping much.
