Ok follow this procedure i am about to give exactly as it is
Lets gO

1. Unplug the power
2. Remove your battery
3. Hold down the power button for at least 60 seconds .
4. Plug the power NOT your battery
When the computer boots up,shut it down as u would normally, unplug the power, plug in the battery, plug the power back in.
5. Boot up the laptop
If it doesn't work go back to step 2 ,after step two remove your RAM (be careful not to short circuit the board or any of its components),then proceed with step 3,after step 3 insert the RAM stick back and continue with step 4

NOTE AND WARNING: oNLY REMOVE THE RAM IF YOU KNOW HOW TO AND YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND DONT SHORT CIRCUIT PLEASE
