Yea by proxy

Unilag extended its sale of diploma form by one week. OAU started selling its pre degree form after release of its post utme result. All this will not help our educational sector I swear.
This is the reason cut off dey high sometimes cause they have to reduce the utme aspirants so as to bring in more diploma students.
