President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Mr Aliyu Yahaya Gusau as director-general Budget Office of the Federation.
Until his appointment, Gusau was the director, fiscal policy, budget monitoring and evaluation and acting director- general, Budget Office of the Federation at the exit of the former Director-General, Dr Bright Okogu.
The appointment takes effect from Tuesday, 18 August, 2015; with a term of four years renewable for anothwer four years, a statement by the director of press and public relations, federal ministry of finance, Marshall Gundu, said.
The new budget office chief hails from Zamfara State. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.

I suspect the modus-operandi for filling these appointments is to first look at a list containing the Hausa/Fulani and northern muslims in the organization concerned before looking at any other criteria!

It's obvious that Buhari has no grasp of Inclusive governance. Not at all. 97% of those who voted are now Muslim hausafulanis.
Every christian in the country is now 5% like me.
96% appointment so far are pure muslims of hausafulanikanuri stocks where they contribute Zero to national coffers and consume 80% of the allocation.

All igbos in positions are systematically replaced with muslim fulanihausas. I mean all. WAR is cooking!

Would any of you shouting "another northerner" have expected that a man who has been acting as DG be replaced by another person without any major sin?

During GEJ's time appointments were clearly skewed to farvour a section of the country without much noise. So, let "Baba Go Slow" do as he deems right to bring about the change.
