The Federal Government has started what may lead to the collapse of the Universities in the country. FG has not reduced its monetary subvention to Universities but have decided to tamper with monenies of departments in the central bank. For instance, the IGR account of a certain department in UNIZIK has been wiped clean. FG has also mandated part-time courses which also help with revenue generation be stopped. This was made known this afternoon to a combined gathering of academic and non-academic staff unions. Students should get ready for some months at home. Do not ask me for source.
