Hello friends,

i need counsel.

Thinking of dumping my Visafone internet modem for GLO. Currently, Visafone charges
N2000 for 1GB (30 days period) which i've been using for sometime now. I saw GLO advert which says
N2,500 for 4.5GB (30 days period) which is quite tempting.

Visafone is fairly fast. Don't know much about GLO. Is anyone currently using GLO? What is GLO's speed like?

I work from Surulere, Lagos.

I'll appreciate your kind advise.

You know that speeds are dependant on location.

I use the GLO plan, I've been using it for almost a year now no problems on my end, connection speeds have been standard whenever I'm in Onitsha, Uyo or Asaba, so find what it's like in your locale before taking the plunge but seriously dump that visafone plan its ridiculous.

I think someone must be giving you the wrong info. I saw this on twitter that Visafone data plan for 2Gb is 2K. you can even see other data volume on it too

@ oyendada: Sorry too late. I've pitched tent to GLO.

Mind you, as at the last time i subscribed to Visafone internet bundle, i paid N2000 for 1GB.

Perhaps, your information is a new development.

GLO - N2500 FOR 4.5GB. Sincerely, not a bad deal for a rational consumer like me.

When Visafone steps up, maybe, i might have a re-think. But now, permit me to enjoy this bundle
while it last.
