Dis in all sincerity is a national disgrace! When will Nigeria as a nation becomes civilized? In dis present age and time, cattles and other livestocks are allowed to roam d street freely without interference from relevant authority/government in curbing such anomalies. It's a shame and we need to hide our face before other nations of d world.
