Hmmmm this days ehhhh we can't be too careful.

Sometimes this cows are used to block the roads as a means for some fulanis to rob, rape and kill travelers.

There's nothing wrong in animals plying the road. The roads are originally design for vehiculer, pedestran and animal traficking. U will be surprised when the owner of the cattle soe the driver and the court commands the driver to pay for the cattles. By profession, i'm a highway Engr, u can ask another Engr or FRSC member or a lawyer.

Ok, outside the jokes and all that, let's get serious, and ask, at what speed was the driver driving that he couldn't see herds of cows ahead of him, to the extent of killing three of them? If these were to be humans, this is how he would've wasted their lives, and we would come here blaming bad road/weather.
