So u mean if an enforcement officer withnessed massive rigging and is called to testify he should'nt testify? would u say that is him aiding and abetting criminality. Take for instance the so called Doctor who contested under the umbrella body of the PDP in an eastern state found and caught by the Nigerian Army while attempting to cart away with electoral materials. Would u now say the army should not testify if called upon to do so.
