Just forget all the gra gra and register that your line. You are even lucky they notified you. Etisalat disconnected me from their network, even while I had an active BIS subscription without notice. Out of annoyance I wanted to also change to another network retaining the line. That was when I was told that without registering the line I didn't even own it. My eyes almost fall from my socket.
Bottom line is that this is an NCC directive affecting all networks

They gave me 1000 minutes worth of airtime to call all networks, valid for 2 days.

I also got same massage this afternoon,funny enough Glo said my line will be disconnected in the next 24hrs,please let them not forget that doing this registration cost people money,e.g am presently serving in Rivers state,Abua/odua LG,to do the registration I will need to get to PH,from here to PH will cost me like 4 thousand naira (go come) that means a lot to me because removing that amount from 19800 which is our allawee is much , presently I don't have upto that amount and allawee as not been paid,what did they expect me to do? Aleast a month notice should be given ahead.Funny enough I don't know when MTN will send theirs too.
