I think it was a reckless move by PMB and a big waste of money too.
30 billion naira gone down the drain.
And it was already half way through too.

If this is true, this is the first time that PMB will be offending me undecided

Anyway, the source is not reliable. I'll believe it if I see it on punch, vanguard, thisday etc. But I sincerely hope this is not true.
