Lets do some math.

If Buhari has 30 appointments to make in total. Federal character dictates equal portions for the 6 geopolitical zones. Therefore, each zone will have 5 appointments.

Unfortunately, this op sees the entire north as 1 which will take 15 while Igbos will have only 5, Yorubas 5 and the Ijaws, Itsekiri, Urhobo, Ibibio, Bini from SS will have 1 each.

While federal xter has been satisfied completely, an ignorant person will want to compare 15 of the 3 geopolitical zones in the north to 5 igbo. This person with his limited knowledge only sees Hausa/Fulani names but forgets there are countless ethinicities in the north which is far greather than the south put together. This person is also unaware that of the 19 northern states only 5 states are core Hausa/fulani i.e Katsina, Kano, Sokoto, Zamfara, Jigawa. States like Bauchi, Gombe, Kaduna and Kebbi have up to 50% Hausa/Fulani. While states like Niger, Nassarawa, Taraba, Adamawa, Yobe, Borno have low population of Hausa/Fulani, the same Hausa/Fulani dominates their political space with others bearing Hausa/Fulani names because of common religion but are not Hausa or Fulani.

The north is more complicated than the south which the Op has no understanding which makes him see things in "black and white".
