OP stop spreading lies. Those were volunteer fighters that came to fight for Biafrans. If you think this was a lot then, wait until the next war breaks out, you will see thousands of whites coming to fight for Biafra.

Op give credit to your source. You got that footage from History of Nigeria on Youtube, those were volunteers from South Africa, they were only 3 in number and they never fought but trained Biafran soldiers.

Its the solemn cry of a nation whose children were been killed even as far back as 1908 cry

Even though 1945 & 1953 happened, 1966 marked the end of Igbo belief in one Nigeria.
So our independence started on September 29,1966 though Ojukwu made it official the next year.
When Biafra is born again, our national day would be on September 29 every year..and its around that period that our brothers the Jews celebrate their Yom Kippur.
Have a feel of the flag once more...

Most of these guys were volunteers. Some were involved in delivering relief supplies thru night flights amidst Nigeria's bloackade.

Nigeria hired more mercenaries than Biafra. At a point Nigerian warplanes were virtually piloted by Egyptians.
