Many people have severally called to inquire about quotation and price and cost of installing a decorative stamped concrete floor, so in other to serve you better, i have decided to make my price open

Our price varies base on region and state. SOUTH SOUTH= #10,500 Per sqm,

SUUTH EAST (Ebonyi state excluded)= #16,000

SOUTH WEST= #16,000

NORTH = #15,500 Pay sqm

SOUTH SOUTH= #16,500

Pls the reason for the price difference in location is as a result of price in materials in these regions.

PRICE

Our pricing is optional. you can provide all or some of the materials and pay us for labour only
If we are the once to provide all the materials, we charge between #15,000 to #16,500 per square meter depending on the region

If we provide the IMPORTED MATERIALS and LABOUR (Color hardener, release agent, Acrylic sealer) while you provide the local materials (Cement, granite, Sand, iron, etc), we charge #7,000 per sqm

LABOUR ONLY= #3,000per sqm

PLS NOTE: We don't just charge the above amount, we give you a detailed quotation that will enable you to compare the price, qauntity and qaulity of our materials to our competitors. I adevice you to always ask for quotation and not just price per square meter

HOW TO IDENTIFY ORIGINAL AND LOCAL (FAKE) MATERIALS. Just take a look at this 2 jobs below. The first one is not our job. I saw it on Facebook while the second job is our job in guzape, abuja.

The first job is done with local substandard materials. Infact they mixed pigment or release agent to paint the floor and this will not last. I will give it 5months it will hellooostart having problems so don't mind the shiny look. I hope the installer is a nairaland to prove me wrong , may be he will provide the address of the job for people to see.

The second job is our job in guzape asokoro Abuja incase you want to visit the site. It is done naturally with original colour hardner. And is not painted except the application of acrylic sealer. We use concrete color for the circle design instead of pigment good morning

Sir, The price are all the same depending on your site location and the cost of sand, granite, iron rod or iron mesh etc in your state. So give me a call let's talk.
We use original sealer, release, and colour hardner unlike some cheap competitors. We offer guarantee for all our work.
If time permit me am going to educate people on decorative concrete floor so that they will not fall for all these cheap competitor. I will equally send the picture of our original materials and the names.

Do not go for local substandard materials. These are the picture of original materials, name and price

The picture bellow is the only original color hardener i know PAVE-CREATE, FLEX-CENMENT AND BRICKS AND PAVERS color hardener. When opened, it is coax or sandy in texture. It comes in different color. Do not use any material except color hardener. Avoid those people that will charge 10,000 Per squaremeters. The truth is that 10per square meter may not be enough to buy the materials not to talk of labour or I want somebody to come here and prove me wrong

CURRENT PRICE OF STAMPED CONCRETE MATERIALS

(1) Color hardener= Between #17,000 to #25,000kper 25kg bag(depends on the product and location)
(2) Releases agent= Between #100,000 to #120,000
(3) Acrylic sealer (Raw and undiluted)= #5,000 to 6,000 per liter

Price. = 3,500 to 4,000 naira per liter

Acrylic sealer is used sealer or polish the floor. Please avoid the local sealer that sold at 2k without brand or risk monthly re polishing of the floor. So you need to be careful in choosing the right sealer

. Sir the cost is as a result of the type and quality of materials am going to use. If u disbelieve me I will suggest u buy all d material while I charge for labor alone. The material is every where in the country. What determine the cost of stamped concrete job like other construction is the quality of job u offer, e.g the type of materials u use, the thickness of ur concrete slab, the reinforcement method u choose, the type and spacing of ur iron rod.
My oga I serve a selected market segment and I believe there ar many people that appreciate my type of job. I have work with many construction companies and personalities. Right now am in danube street in one of the nigerian senators which I don't want to mention name, to correct the nonsense some people do which they called stamped concrete.
As I always say, who ever agree to do the job bellow the price I told u, tell the person to give u a written guarantee. 80% of my job come from recommendation from my past clients. My advice for u is to give me a trier though I may consider removing small thing from the price just as a prove.
