Hi everyone. Please does anyone have any idea about how genuine Shortlist Nigeria is? (www.shortlistnigeria.com). For those that may not know about Shortlist Nigeria, it's an online job portal, but unlike most online job portals, it doesn't list hiring company, job seekers only need to create an online resume.
I got an email that an advertising agency viewed my resume and will love to contact me, but I have to pay 3000 naira for premium membership before I can respond to the agency, I saw the name of the agency and the website. But I don't know if I should pay. The 3k will be renewed after a year.

Shorlist is owned by a very reputable outsourcing firm (philip consulting). I think it will really help your resume to be viewed by many companies, even if you are not considered for this particular job. Pay the money if you have it.

My subscription with shortlist Nigeria expired this morning but didn't earn me anything for a year, but I'll subscribe again immediately I have a ccna certification this year.
