ladyF:They didn't consider the fact that niger-deltans will protest given the fact that it would be hugely dependent on the niger-delta to work. There is no long run here if the niger-delta disagrees. |

walexy30:Guy, omo-oniles affects the real -estate industry in no small measure. Real estate investors in the SW are suffering a great deal. Btw, the biggest foreign investments in Nigeria are located in the niger-delta. Any company that wants to invest in the niger-delta is free to do so .All these excuses are more or less smoke screens. |

CSTR2:Time will tell....The project is not dependent on Niger Delta to work, it's not just NLNG ships the dry dock will be servicing. Lagos is like the major port of Nigeria, it's only reasonable to site it closer to Lagos considering the volume of traffic. Like I said sha, the company is doing what's best and most profitable for them. Conflicts will always arise, they will sort it out eventually. |

Ranks007:Which resources? Resources that will soon become useless, currently it is about 40 USD per barrel, by the time Iran oil comes in, then jungle will mature, it will be going for less than 20 USD. In another 5 years when the US becomes a net exporter, it will be going for about 5 USD! At that time, you will still be in control of your resources [colcolor] ![]() |

Mogidi: You mean your people cannot go search for job in Lagos if your people are actually qualified? Investors are definitely afraid of your militant nature. Security report also do not favour siting the project in your backyard. Learn to behave yourself to stop being losers! |
