I don't think it is as you put it. Those who wrote it came out with this after an extensive study and investigations.
I don't think we should just throw it away like that. They only said you should take note of UNUSUAL SWEATING i.e. sweating that's not normal. It is like placing burning fire under your pants, and you were being interviewed for a critical job. You understand me?
