Entry level or not, this is damn low... except for etisalat, the rest are paying peanuts without butter.
For the amount these companies make, they should appreciate their staffs a bit more.
Especially those in lagos states or in states with high stress rate.
Can you imagine waking up 5am, heading to wotk, bursting your ass, only to be paid less than a million per annum,

PLEASE APPRECIATE YOUR STAFFS

Cheap salaries...

By the way, what should we do with it?

I know some jobless guys would have taken their calculators and begin to divide the figures by 12 to know the monthly pay. Oh boy, wake up and face your life and stop getting unnecessarily concerned with things like this..

A recharge of #1000 gives mie #2000 to call any network for a month.. N further use d #1k to sub for BIS.. How interesting does dis sound..??

But all these perks you have mentioned are to the benefit of the customer! We are talking about adequate and fair compensation for the workers.

The funny thing is these musicians would only perform for 4 minutes and earn in millions.... They can earn in a month what these workers earn in a year...

Showbiz money is only surpassed by politics

At Manager level Glo pays close to N12m per annum. I earned that little before i left. However there is no standardized structure. The regional manager in PH was earning N24m. The problem is that your salary is all there is. No leave bonus, housing allowance etc. They just divide your money by 12, deduct tax and pay you the balance. So you are always liquid with cash but if you have no savings culture, you may leave the same way you came. Worst of all, you may be fired for no reason other than Adenuga wants some people to leave so he can employ others. I jejely left them and have remained happy since then. Interestingly all my guys have also left except one that doesnt seem to know where to go.
