Social Media Moderator
TISV Digital - Lagos, Nigeria‎

A digital content agency in Lagos is seeking the services of Social Media Moderators to engage its clients Online Community members using a computerized work-station, promptly responding to customer service-related requests, developing relationships with the online community and building brand awareness by providing quality feedbacks. Our moderators also ensure the community is free of inappropriate content, copyrighted material, derogatory or hostile comments, and solicitations.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 

Working knowledge of social media platforms to include Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, BBM Channel, LinkedIn, Google + and the ability to learn other emerging platforms 

Previous experience utilizing a Social Media Management Tool (i.e. HootSuite) a plus 

Working knowledge of call center practices and procedures ‎

Computer skills in MS Office, the Internet, and the ability to learn new software 

Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute without errors‎

Excellent writing skills with demonstrated knowledge of sentence structure, correct spelling, and grammar ‎

Strong reading/comprehension skills with the ability to compose and edit appropriate responses 

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a pleasant, professional manner 

Ability to appropriately represent clients using sound judgment and discretion 

Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment, and adapt to change 

Ability to work a weekend and holiday rotation
