If I remember correctly, I watched Wike on Channels tv promise to complete this abandoned project of over 10yrs a day after being sworn in.

Talk of taking people by their words not waiting for body language as if we are a country of deaf people.

At last a magician is here, one project completed in just about

100 days in office. He said he will never promise what he can not deliver..meaning they should hold him accountable if he fails to deliver his electoral promise.

It is possible that the only serious contribution of the governor to this project is cutting the tape to commission it. Did you think that he conceptualized, designed, built and commissioned this project in 90 days.

Wike is great but Fayose is greater and both are PDP governors.

PDP Governors = ACTION Governors.

Meanwhile in APC states nothing much is happening.

You cannot start and complete a building as big as that in 100 days_ it is obvious that the project was started by Amaechi.
