I have worked in both cities; AKS and CRS, I actually got my first degree from the former. Hence comparing both cities:
++Housing: Uyo is cheaper in terms of accommodation as CRS is more of a tourist destination.
++ Hospitality: UYO, you get more favors from the Ibibios of AKS than the Efiks of CRS. And AKS has got generous politicians than CRS
++Education (M.Sc): Get prepared to study hard in Uniuyo, whereas Unical grades can be manipulated.
++ Nightlife: Uyo is more secured with availability of street lights and funfilled, but CRS is a place to be during yhe Christmas period.
++ Feeding: foodstuff are cheaper in AKS than CRS.
++Security: AKS has a more comprehensive security system than CRS
++Job Opportunities: None

Oh thanks for your COMPREHENSIVE comparison. I'm already noting things now. On the issue of university, would you say UNIUYO has a better academic standard than UNICAL? what about the school environment.? Which do u think is more conducive. Thanks in anticipation.

If you know what's good for you go to calabar, it's a more developed city with more accommodating people as for the school, I don't know anything about Unical but I can tell you that Uniuyo is an academically bankrupt school with a lot of semi-literate lecturers and also I guarantee you'll be tearing your hairs out by the fistfuls by the time you're done with your registrations, you'll still be carrying files and folders all over the place and standing in queues by the time exams start.
Nothing is cheap in Uyo except transportation.
