Good.
The worst of it all is that a lastma official would arrange with a towing truck driver and about 2 touts and they'll be driving around looking for innocent people to victimise. Sometimes,when you are busy explaining to the lastma official your right,the touts would be busy jerking your car and even fighting in you in the process. Its so sad that they will see a helpless woman whose car is in trouble and requires help,they'll just jump down and start towing away her car!
And from their modus operandi,you will definetly know that its just their 'personal runs.'

Not really. But some of us have lived in Lagos for years but has never really adopted that 'mind your business life' of Lagos,so I still find myself stopping to help out where I perceive injustice on the part of these officials.
