Ccb Asset Declaration Format: Buhari's Constitutional Breaches by dougivilla(op): 9:55am On Sep 05, 2015
This is lengthy but will help cure a lot of ignorance: I stumbled across it and decided to share.

Completing the Assets Declaration Form.
Officers are required to read the instructions on
this page carefully before completion
1. This form is a schedule of the Constitution of
the Federal Republic of Nigeria (1999) and it is
mandatory for all Public Officers whether elected,
appointed, recruited, contracted etc, by whatever
name called to collect and sign for the form from
the Code of Conduct Bureau Office nearest to
their work station in any of the 36 states of the
Federation and F.C.T. or the Code of Conduct
Bureau Headquarters at the Federal Secretariat
Complex, Shehu Shagari Way, Maitama District,
Abuja.

2. The responsibility to collect, fill and return the
form rests solely with the declarant; therefore,
submission of completed forms by the declarant
through his/her respective Head of Department
does not in any way exonerate declarant from
responsibility or liability.

3. Every declarant is required by Law to declare
his/her assets/liability including that of his
spouse(s) who is not a Public Officer and children
under 18 years age, honestly, sincerely and
submit same to the Bureau within 30 days of the
receipt of the forms.

4. You are to declare ONLY those Assets/
Liabilities you ACTUALLY own at the material
time of filling the form. DO NOT declare any
Assets/Liabilities you are anticipating to have
before actual acquisition.

5. All properties/assets acquired outside Nigeria
MUST be stated clearly with the value of the said
Assets in the Currency of the Country where the
property is situated.

6. After the completion of the form, the declarant
must personally go and swear to the declaration
before a High Court Judge nearest to his work
station before submitting it to the Bureau.

7. Every Public Officer is to NOTE that it is the
requirement of the Law to declare his/her assets/
liabilities on (a) Assumption of office; (b) At the
end of his term of Office, (c). At interval of four
years for Public Officers on continuous
employment of Government whether Federal,
State or Local Government: (d) and at such other
intervals as the Bureau may determine from time
to time.

8. When filling the form, you are required to
provide detailed information including but not
limited to the number, types, address, value of
properties so declared and the date of acquisition
as well as income derivable from the properties
where appropriate.

9. NOTE that where a question in any column is
not applicable, you are required to state reason
(s)

10. Also NOTE that all declarations made by
declarant are subject to VERIFICATION by the
Officers of the Bureau authorized on that behalf.

11. Failure to declare your assets as required
under the provisions of paragraph 11 of the 5th
Schedule of the Federal Constitution shall attract
on conviction any or all of the following; (a)
Removal from office, (b) Disqualification from
holding any Public office, (c) forfeiture to the
state any property acquired in abuse of office or
dishonest

Now, please consider these posers;
1. Buhari's appointment of his niece as INEC chairman, IS IT NOT CONFLICT OF INTERESThuh? 2. Is Buhari still receiving ANY PENSION at allhuh 3. On foreign accounts matter, the account in The U.S. that Amaechi 'mistakenly' transferred almost a billion dollars (a) Does it qualify as a foreign account? (b) Was the transaction made while Amaechi was a governor? (c) If the answer to (b) above is yes, has he been assigned his prison number yet? We need to fight corruption without fear of favour! 4. Mr Daura, I mean the one harassing Nigerians now, (a) Is he a retired public servant? (b) Is the office of DG, DSS a public office? (c) Is Mr. Daura receiving remuneration from public funds? 5. On abuse of office: (c) Is the position of 'Federal character' enshrined in our constitution? (b) If the answer to (a) above is yes, does Buhari's federal appointments so far violate that part of the constitution? (c) If the answer to (b) above is yes, is there an ABUSE OF OFFICE? 6. # WristWatchGate ! O yes, it has come full circle. Looking at article 13, what do we have to say about that N10.2 Million Naira wrist watch? Well, the 'timing' of the giving will definitely give him a breather. E for enter on this count too if the watch had come by say, 2pm on May 29. Ok, let's move forward to Aisha's brother that allegedly set up a bribery-ring for her, are both he and Aisha not agents to Buhari? And yes you guessed right, this happened post-May 29. So, can Buhari be 'ipso facto' be deemed to have breached the code of conduct? PS: Kindly read this article again and RECHECK ALL THE LIES OF BUHARI! You will come to the realization that EVERY OF HIS LIE HAS A PURPOSE! Lol, my dear Buhari, this is my 100th day anniversary gift to you. My warmest regards to your two liars-in-chief, Femi Adesina and Shehu Garba. Inform them that this wall will be red-hot today! It's celebration time!
