On the 18/080/2015 at exactly 11:45 am I walked in an Eco bank branch located at ojuelegba to open a savings account,like they say its unwise to put all your eggs in one basket so I decided to choose eco as my second bank. I met one of the staff by name John[not real name] he requested for the items that I need to open the account with which is identity card,drivers license,phcn bill etc I didn't have all the items which he requested but with the ones I came with,which was my business identity card and phcn bill he accepted them and I gave him the 10k ten thousand naira which I wanted to open the account with. To cut the long story short today is 06/09/2015 and the said account is not yet ready each time I call steve on phone he will tell me that the bank is experiencing a bad network. I called him two times a day before yesterday being friday and he didn't pick my calls after some minutes I received a text message from him reading: AM IN A MEETING CAN'T TALK. So I decided to go to the bank to lay a complain,I met one of the bank whom I narrated everything to and he asked me to come back next week. Please I need your advice on what to do.

Barring the 9hours bad internet service They do have everyday, 12hours....

One week maybe, buh ecobank nor be am oh

How long 3years

Leave that yeye old school bank and bank with a funky bank like diamond or fcmb.

This is just an indicator. Imagine how long it will take for them to rectify any issue you have.
