NIJJAking:I guess dumbass such as you does not realize there was no "Igbo coup". Please try to grow some brains. There have many coups in Nigeria after January 15, 1966 coup and none has been named either Yari.ba, Fulani, Hausa or Kanuri coup. One wonders why the jackasses in the zoo called Nigeria are bent on attaching one of the coups with tribal identity. |

T9ksy:Col banjo and wale ademoyega were yoruba officers and key players in the "Igbo coup" that killed Col. unegbe an Igbo man. How do you explain that as an "Igbo coup" to sane minds in the world, now that you have lost your media monopoly? ![]() |

NIJJAking:Each time i see people wishing for bloodshed as if they are somehow immune to being killed, i know they are just kids. So you imagine you can just kill the modern Igbo people and they will just submit like in the past? Did you know that in the past, Igbos simply ran away from rioters, now they retaliate. have you asked yourself why anti-Igbo riots no longer take place where Igbos are a sizeable population? They have learnt to fight back to kill or be killed, unlike the past practice where they would run. |

ArodewilliamsT:The execution of the coup surprised many of the coup plotters, including Nzeogwu. Ifeajuna's group had other motives for the coup, and it was this group that killed Unegbe. Unegbe's death was a personal vendetta, for being a friend to Maimalari. Calling the coup an Igbo coup is an understatement, It was an NCNC coup! |

anyone who denies that its not an igbo coup is simply lying to himself or is ignorant of history, |
| Re: What If Another Igbo Coup Takes Place Today by Nobody: 7:37am On Sep 08, 2015 |
What a shame on Igbos!!! Cowards!!! Why denying the obvious? It was pure Igbo coup. Having 2 to 3 Yorubas in your coup against Nigeria state does not change the obvious fact that It was an Igbo coup. After all, you had 3 to 4 South Africans at your side during the civil war and still, that doesn't mean it was a South Africa and Biafra war. Ironically, there was a Yoruba man fighting at your side during the civil war and his name was Banjo. You killed the leaders of all regions and left your active politicians out of the massacre. The most bloodiest coup ever in the history of Nigeria. The bloody coup that led to the death of pregnant wives of these great men; these women were mercilessly butchered and killed with bullets by these Igbo coupists. And guess what, Igbo coupists killed opposition party leaders and military officers from other regions. How do you explain all these? Igbo politicians formed the same tagged corrupt government with Fulanis/Hausas but killed non-active regions' leaders and left their worthless leaders out of the bloodshed. To show you how heartless and selfish Igbos were back then in 60s, their kinsmen in the North went on the streets in Kano to celebrate the death of the leaders of your hosts' region. How stupid can you be!!! As if that wasn't enough, Aguyi Ironsi forced Unitary system of government on all Nigerians without any regards for regional leaders. They begged this Igbo man but refused. And guess what again, Igbo leaders (both politicians and business men) kept quiet all through this; pretended as if nothing was happening but unknown to Igbos that world powers were watching them. Nigerians thought they had seen enough of Igbos but unknown to them that Igbos were nothing but pure bigots. Aguyi Ironsi took his fellow Igbo coupists to Eastern prison where they were well secured against military practice all over the world. Igbos deserved more than what they got in civil war; law of Karma catches up with them. They were left out of their nightmares as a result of unnecessary emotion and sentiment at Nigeria part. However, they would get their full punishment now that we are preparing and praying for a new civil war. The North and West are keeping close eyes on d Igbos to kill one other Nigerian...... Then the horror begins in the land. We talk less but act swiftly when the need arises. |
