You are a fool. As for your info dickhead, I'm a civil servant and I am not corrupt. If they are corrupt ones among us, they should fish them out and discipline them instead of tagging all of us corrupt.

Baba you are very right most civil servant are lazy some even come office twice a week, some come to office 11am and closed by 1pm the worst one's are those working with fake certificates Baba investigates these one's and dismissed them so that those with real certificates can come in

I understand ur point but when your parents served the government was then but we are talking of now. Go to any ministry around 10am you won't see all the staff cos many of them just go to work around 8am to mark register then leave at 10am to attend to their own personal business. Those who Don't have personal business are just too slow to render services.

Just try to register for something or get a contract or appointment; you will realize that corruption is their middle name and laziness is their surname.

You cannot do anything official without "settling". If you don't bribe them they will keep telling you "oga is not on seat".

Thankfully a new President is here. Maybe they will sit up now. But old habits die had.
