I can see u r a blogger u shouldn't be new to online payment nah. You can request for d code to ur phone number associated to d account,ur bank will also email d code to d email associated to d account incase u don't get d code instantly on ur phone, meaning check for code on phone and email.

U can also use a token device to generate a code for verification. I don't think u've a token device so use d option above

Hope u clicked d left thumb dot at d upper part. Also try logout and login back then try again, also try change d Port of d fingerprint scanner. If possible restart d computer.
