Make use of good antiseptic soap, skinneal and clean water for bathing.

And change your boxer everyday.
Germs and allergies causes eczema.
Double check your allergies too.

I am battling with eczema around my pubic area and am embarrassed to tell my anyone even to tell a doctor. Pls can anyone advise me what to use?

Stop to dey wear one boxers for 3days jare and go dey use good antiseptic soap/or cream

hi I recommend aloe liquid soap and aloe jelly.
