Mobile Phones changed everything in Nigeria... but can you remember what we did before to contact friends and family?

This video is so interesting - so many different ways - wow makes me realise how lucky we are But I also love the guy - "We had no Facebook, so we sent Love Cards!" - wish we still had love cards!!

What about you guys - can you remember a time before mobile phones? what did you use to contact friends and family?

Letter writing, telegrams and walking miles before introduction of mobile phones.

Trekking did most of the jobs for shorter distances. The letter and the likes for long journey.

Letters, Travelling..visiting and also receiving visit from loved ones...Especially on holidays..

Thou it was not difficult then for the winches, cous once u see them on the bed with there legs on the wall, know they re on the telephone booth..

It depend on the person I wan contact.



Write if the place is far.



Trekk if it is a walkable distance.



Throw stones on her father's zinc and gate if it is her.

All means of transportation necessary for the communication....
