morning E-fellaz, am really sowie about yesterday mis-information, about those receiving the sms been stream I, i was at the NYSC ICT room yesterday to meet someone and he told me the sms doesnt really matter, so i was opportune to ask the meaning of 104.... 114.... 117..... i mean the last 3digit, he said it mean o4, 06, 14, 17, 21...... meaning number of corpers with green slips

The difference is that they give number based on first come first serve method so as u are 105xxx dias maybe 123xxx and it continues.

Why I'm I having problem believing u undecided undecided undecided, what u wrote indicates d first 3 digits and many people can have d first 3 digits. I registered d first day immediately nysc opened d link which was around 7:45am on Tuesday. My call up starts 105..., cisca53 call up starts 105... too so who get d number 05 btw us undecided undecided undecided

His answers do not disprove our hypothesis. Besides it is the first 3 digits of the last 6 digits of the call up no we re talking abt. Those with green cards are those given call up nos so we are right with our census. Like Ben Bruce do say we wanna just make common sense. Thanks for sharing with us ur enquiry. Pls , next time u go help us ask more abt self deployment and how stream 1 and stream 2 will be computed. I think we need more info abt da. Tanx again.

D 3k is nw compulsory if u dnt pay u won't b able to print out ur call-up no, cos registration call-up no is given instantly of cos with payment. so go do dt NW,

Don't think its compulsuory...u will still get it from your school but its advisable u pay and get it now

As you can see'1' is constant...For you to know who first register ,you will have to ignore 1 and start from'0'.i.e (1)051** and so on like that

i ask him about stream I and stream II, he said, stream II is base on candidate posted to state in north east, cause the self deployment is not about when u register but will be how close u are to that state, he faulted me for picking abuja, since my permanent address is abuja, and my primary n secondary school is abuja.... he said it is only runs that can put me in abuja.. but if i use different permanent address, i dont need to runs..... baba the guy talk plenty

I guess as much but stream 2 is also for states overcrowded beyond camp carrying capacity eg Lagos, Delta, Ogun etc.
