If you from 200L- 300L. Read your physiology, anatomy and biochemistry well as well as your integrated papers. Try not to get anything less than 50% if not those people will withdraw you or repeat you. If you repeat twice, ur out.
You 400L is a totally different ball game and usually the longest of all the levels. You write you first MB at the end of ur 300L and about 3 more in 400L coupled with some exams including M1S1, pathology block B exams, pharmacology exams and some more. Make sure u pass them all.
500-600L is another game entirely. Full of practicals and presentations and exams.
Don't forget to do well and enjoy your COBES too.

Read well and pass well.
I wish you whatever you wish yourself.
